METERS ELEVATIONDong Ding Oolong is a classic Taiwanese tea from the village of Lugu. The village is one of the oldest and possibly the first area where tea was processed in Nantou County. Oolong tradition here can be traced back to the famous Wuyi Mountains of China, known for their “Rock Oolongs” as tea was brought from there to be grown in Taiwan. Our Dong Ding is a medium roast with toasted nodes of rice and corn with a caramel sweetness.

NANTOU
Nantou County is located in the center of Taiwan and is the largest Tea growing and production region in the country. The amount of tea exported from this region is estimated to roughly be over 12,000 tons per year and is said to represent over two-thirds of the entire tea output in Taiwan.
